Is There an Estimated Delivery Timeframe?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track your parcel and receive real-time delivery updates.Estimated delivery times for major Australian cities are:

* Sydney: 2 business days

* Melbourne: 2-3 business days

* Brisbane: 3-4 business days

* Canberra: 3-4 business days

* Adelaide: 2-3 business days

* Hobart: 3-4 business days

* Darwin: 3-4 business days

* Perth: 4-6 business days

Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may require an additional business day for processing and dispatch.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

What Happens If I Don’t Receive My Order?

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend first checking around your property, including any safe places where the driver may have left the parcel. You should also check with other household members or neighbours who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please contact Australia Post directly, as they can provide more detailed delivery information and investigate the delivery with the driver.

If Australia Post confirms that your parcel has been lost, please get in touch with our support team and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Is There Any Way to Track My Order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number and a tracking link.

Using the tracking number, you can view real-time updates on your parcel’s location, delivery progress, and estimated delivery date directly through the Australia Post tracking system.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within the expected processing timeframe, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

We no longer offer free shipping on our orders. Instead, we provide affordable flat-rate shipping options across Australia, including both Standard Post and Express Post.

This allows customers to choose the delivery method that best suits their needs while keeping shipping costs simple and transparent.

Do You Offer a Next-Day Dispatch Guarantee?

Yes. We guarantee that all orders will be dispatched by the next business day once payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account.
